An all-consuming passion

Music is one of my greatest passions. Besides playing various instruments and having worked as a musician for a number of years, I have engaged in composition.

I started playing guitar when I was 12 years old. After a while, I also took up drumming, which I studied for many years. In the meantime, I also taught myself to play the piano.

For a few years, I played with some bands, mostly as a drummer, both in Italy and abroad.

I had the privilege of being selected, with my band the Apple Scruffs, to represent Italy at Liverpool’s Beatles Convention, an international music festival that showcases the best Beatles tribute bands.

But, more than a performer, I am a composer. I have written dozens of songs and am registered with the S.I.A.E. (Italy’s copyright collecting agency) both as a music composer and a literary author.

Among my ongoing projects, I am writing a musical.
